Customers can include gene expression profiling of studied cells by RNA-seq into their service contract with RICOH Biosiences. In this case, the company will create a password-protected individual account in ExAtlas, where results of RNA-seq are uploaded. Customers can do analysis of data on their own or ask for professional help from our bioinformatics specialists. Such help can include:

• Standard analysis: ANOVA, differentially expressed genes, and enrichment of functional categories in each list of differentially expressed genes
• Principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical clustering
• Comparison with existing data sets in the GEO database
• Meta-analysis of multiple data sets
• Correlation between several gene expression data sets
• Advanced gene set enrichment analysis
• Single-cell/nucleus RNA-seq analysis
